- Method: Automatically collected during app use via integrated SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob, Firebase)

- User authentication and secure access

- Providing customized services

- Email-based security features

- Preventing misuse and ensuring app integrity



3. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:

- Email address and service data are stored until account deletion

- Upon request for deletion or account removal, data is promptly erased unless legally required for retention



4. Third-Party Sharing

We may share your information with trusted partners, only as needed:


- Recipient: Superlative Enterprises Pty Ltd  

- Purpose: To deliver security-related services  

- Data Shared: Email address  

- Retention: Until the user deletes their account



5. Use of Subprocessors

We use Google Firebase, operated by Google LLC, for account authentication and user management.

When your account is deleted:

- Personal data is securely and permanently erased

- Data required for legal compliance is retained only for the necessary period and then securely disposed of
